During the spring, we check your systems operating pressures, refrigerant charge, compressor, fan motor, capacitors,, belts, coils, wiring, lubricate motors, check blower motor, and your thermostat. During the Fall, we check your burner and pilot assemblies, check for cracks in your heat exchanger, check your pilot thermocouple, electronic ignition, fan operations, limit switch, burner adjustment, temperature rise, heat anticipator, adjust belts, check draft diverter, lubricate motors, and check for carbon monoxide.
Plus, you receive a 43 point evaluation on your homes most critical plumbing appliances – your water heaters, washers, dishwashers, refrigerators, garbage disposals, sinks, toilets and tubs.
